Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Missing Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A claim may be accepted when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product is received physically damaged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer receives a different product from the product ordered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An item included in the confirmed order is missing from the package.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer must report the issue to Suja Creations <strong>within 24 hours of delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Claims submitted after this reporting period may not be accepted, except where otherwise required under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Evidence Required for a Claim<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers submitting a damaged, defective, incorrect-item or missing-item claim should provide reasonable supporting evidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clear photographs of the product and packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A clear video showing the parcel and products received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registered phone number or email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Description of the problem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We strongly recommend recording a <strong>continuous unboxing video beginning before the shipping package is opened<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where an unboxing video is available, it should clearly show:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The sealed package.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping label.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opening of the parcel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products contained in the package.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claimed damage, defect, incorrect product or missing item.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suja Creations may request additional reasonable information necessary to verify a claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nothing in this section is intended to limit any rights available to customers under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Non-Returnable Situations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returns or refunds will generally not be provided for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Change of mind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal dislike after delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect product or variation selected by the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minor colour variations caused by lighting, photography, camera processing, screen settings or display differences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Normal minor variations in handmade or handcrafted products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Normal wear and tear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage occurring after successful delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improper handling, storage, cleaning or use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage caused by exposure to water, perfume, cosmetics, chemicals, sweat, moisture or similar substances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products that have been worn, altered, repaired, modified or intentionally damaged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products returned without essential components originally supplied with them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products purchased from third-party sellers rather than directly from Suja Creations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This does not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Return Authorization and Return Method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Customers must contact Suja Creations before returning any product.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do not send a product back without receiving return instructions from us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a claim is approved, Suja Creations will provide the customer with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Return instructions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicable return address;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Courier or shipping instructions, where required; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any additional information necessary to process the return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Approved returns will normally be made <strong>by courier<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products sent back without authorization may experience delays and may not qualify for reimbursement of unauthorized shipping expenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Return Shipping Cost<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For an approved claim involving a product that is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Damaged on arrival;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Genuinely defective; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrectly supplied by Suja Creations,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Suja Creations will bear the reasonable return shipping cost or arrange the return shipment.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers should not independently arrange an expensive or special return courier service without our prior approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unauthorized shipping expenses may not be reimbursed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Exchanges and Replacements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suja Creations <strong>does not offer general exchanges<\/strong> for change of mind, preference, size selection, colour preference or customer ordering mistakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, where an approved claim relates to a damaged, defective, incorrect or missing item, <strong>a replacement may be offered as a remedy<\/strong>, subject to product availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A replacement provided for an approved defective or incorrect-product claim is not considered a general exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the same product is unavailable, Suja Creations may, depending on the circumstances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Offer an equivalent replacement;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offer store credit where agreed with the customer; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Issue a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Refund Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds are <strong>not provided for change-of-mind purchases<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A refund may be issued where:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A valid damaged-product claim has been approved;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A genuine manufacturing defect has been verified;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An incorrect product was supplied;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An eligible item was missing from the order; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An appropriate replacement cannot reasonably be provided or a refund is otherwise considered appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The final resolution will depend on the circumstances of the approved claim and applicable legal requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Refund Processing Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once a refund has been approved, Suja Creations will normally <strong>initiate the refund within 5\u20137 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where the customer is required to return a product, the refund processing period may begin after:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The returned product has been received by Suja Creations; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product and claim have been verified.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After Suja Creations initiates the refund, the customer&#8217;s bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Original Shipping Charges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Original shipping charges may be non-refundable for ordinary circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, where the refund results from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A product damaged before or during delivery;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A verified manufacturing defect;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An incorrect product supplied by Suja Creations; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Another error attributable to Suja Creations,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">applicable shipping charges will be handled reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Order Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact Suja Creations <strong>as soon as possible after placing the order<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellation may be accepted only when the order has <strong>not yet been processed, packed or dispatched<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once an order has been processed, packed or handed over to the courier, cancellation may not be possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled before processing or dispatch, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13.
